New Client Pre Session Consultation

Service Description

Our pre session consultation is for clients who have never received bodywork by us before. It is for New Clients who are seeking to receive body work and may have never received bodywork or are unsure of what they need and desire for the session. In the consultation we will go over what your intention is for your upcoming session and we’ll set you up with a body assessment, taking you through some different movements to see what the root cause is of your discomfort while also taking into consideration your day to day life, mental space and daily routine whether it be physical activity, emotional stressors, and/or spiritual practices. This is mandatory for new clients so that we may best serve you and honor your body. Through the assessment we will have a better understanding of the session that would best fit your needs. This consultation will take place at our physical location.
